Southwind Village in Evans GA is now Building

I am so excited!! Southwind Village in Evans GA has finally started building.
 The weather in Evans did not cooperate with us this spring, but is was spring after all. Do to the consistent rain Southwind Village was delayed over 6 weeks.






 So unfortunately the two home buyers that were hoping to close on their homes in May in Southwind Village in Evans GA have been moved to June closings. The good news is that they are still very excited. It is a great feeling to be part of helping people build their Dream home. Southwind Village New Home Community

Southwind Village, one of Columbia County's newest New Home developments, is underway off of Hereford farm road, in Evans, Georgia. Southwind Village will be an “Amenity” community offering sidewalks, pool, and soon a path to walking trails. Southwind Village will have about 96 lots in phase 1 and 2.
Wilson Parker Homes  is the only builder that is building in Southwind Village. We will have homes starting low $200,000 ranging up to mid $350,000. Square footage ranges from around 2,200 all the way up to 6,000 plus square feet.

Southwind Village will be offering a  multitude of different floorplans you can choose from! Most floorplans have different “elevations” or house fronts you can choose. All of these homes are  “Estate Homes” Giving you so many upgrades already built in them already!
